Molly serves on the Jewish Vocational Services’ Client Service Committee, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston’s Board of Trustees, The Trustees of Reservations’ Development Committee, Save the Children’s 100 Strong Committee, Emerson Hospital’s Corporators Committee, and the Lehigh University Alumni Club of Boston. As the foundation’s Executive Director, Molly is responsible for oversight of the programmatic and organizational structure of the Foundation. She manages governance, strategy, finances, grantmaking, grantee relationships, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic partnerships.
